About me

I am Dinea Tania, a coach trained in stress management and resilience, CBT, and complex cognitive behavioral therapy.

My life experience has been shaped by living in several countries and cultural contexts. I studied psychology, continued with specialized training, and worked for years in professions that brought me close to people. My work as a tattoo artist was perhaps the most relevant in this regard, putting me in contact with hundreds of people from very different backgrounds. I learned to truly listen, to observe nuances, and to understand diverse perspectives.

Each  life stage taught me valuable lessons about courage, vulnerability, and resilience. All these experiences are reflected today in my way of working: authentic, human, and connected to each person's reality.

Why do I do what I do?

Because I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed. I know what it's like to have no energy left. I know what it's like to search for answers and not find them right away. And I know how much life can change when you have someone by your side who sees you, listens to you, and guides you with kindness and professionalism.

How I can help you​

My coaching combines principles from cognitive psychology, stress management techniques, mindfulness exercises, and effective problem solving. No matter where you come from or what language you are most familiar with, I can offer you support in Romanian, Italian, and English.

I do not offer psychotherapy. I work exclusively in the areas of coaching, personal development, and self-regulation.
